Japanese vintage urushi wooden tissue box holder with MAKIE autumn leaves with signed beautiful gold H4.3×5.5×10.8in/H11×14×27.5cm.
This is a case for storing tissues. It is made of lacquer-coated wood and is carefully crafted down to the smallest detail. It is coated with a thin layer of lacquer that allows the wood grain to show through, and maple leaves are painted on the top and sides using a technique called “maki-e.”
The name is also written in gold.
It is in good condition and ready for immediate use.
