This bell is called “eki bell” and was prepared by the Imperial Court during the Ritsuryo period for the official duties of officials. This work is a bell made in imitation of it. It is made of pottery.
It is recommended to display it at the entrance as a bell or use it as a paperweight.
It is written “鈴SUZU/bell” in Kanji characters.

It is in good condition, but there are stain, small scratches and dirt due to aging.
