Japanese vintage lacquer pedestal, Buddhist table temple table, Buddhist Wood Stand, furniture, black Sutra desk H6.9×W19in/H17.5×W48.2cm.

This desk is made of black lacquer, wood and gold.
It was used in Japanese Buddhist temples to place offerings and for monks to read sutras on the desk.
It is also recommended for sutra chanting and as a pedestal.
With drawers. There are some minor scratches on the surface but no major damage.
