Japanese vintage Kutani ware ceramic kiln Perfect tea set, pot, 4cups, waste-water-container SENCHA tableware Tea ceremony For GIFT

This is a set of tea utensils for drinking Japanese "煎茶 sencha".
This pottery is called Kutani which is famous for its painting where you can feel the delicate brushwork of the artist. On every piece, gorgeous flowers and oriental patterns are depicted. Kutaniyaki were first produced in Arita in 1655. In the Meiji period (1868-1912), Kutani Shozo's colored gold brocade became famous, and large quantities of Kutani ware were exported overseas. The Vienna Exposition of 1873 was the catalyst for this trend. The name "Japan Kutani". Traditional Japanese pottery rapidly industrialized from the 20th century, but it's this kind of playfulness from the craftsman that is also the interesting part of old Kutani ware.

The cup is rather small, comfortable in the hand, and beautifully shaped. The set also includes a pot and a cup for lowering the temperature of the water. There's a kintsugi repair mark at the edge of a cup as shown in a picture.
