A sake cup made by a craftsman Olibe ware. This is called black 織部焼 Oribe ware.
Oribe ware was invented by tea master and samurai 古田織部 Furuta Oribe in the Momoyama period (1573-1600) . It is painted with plant-like pictures with a child-like touch characteristic of Oribe ware.
It has a small, lightweight, and soft texture when you hold it. It is signed in Kanji characters on the back.
It is in very good condition. And It is recommended as a gift.
