"White rain" is a convectional rain or a shower. This figure, which vividly depicts people traveling on slopes in heavy rain accompanied by sudden winds, is known as one of Hiroshige's masterpieces. We have succeeded in making new technical attempts, such as changing the angle of the rain that falls by making the bamboo bush in the distant view swaying in strong winds into a double silhouette without contour lines to give depth.
