Japanese furniture antique 1800s large lantern cylinder made of brown urushi wood paper lamp shade candle holder ANDON H31.5in/H80.5cm

The shade of this lantern is made from wood, lacquer, and traditional washi paper. This lantern was made during the Edo period. It is a very old style and was made at a very old time. The owner's name is written on the back.
The washi paper has been newly replaced. The wood is a reddish-brown color that gives it a nice aged look.
The brightness can be adjusted by rotating the outer part.
You can place a candle or LED light in the center.
The washi paper is wrinkled. The handle on top is made of copper and has some rust.
It comes with one small drawer and two rusted copper plates.
