Antique Japanese Bronze Buddhist Singing Bowl, Black Lacquered Stand, Signed (W11.8 in/30cm)

This high-quality orin is handmade in Takaoka, a city famous for its copper production.
It comes with an original base and is a dignified masterpiece with its black head cloth.
It is generally made to order and is used in temples and other places. Flat copper plates are hammered together to create a round shape. Once the orin is completed, it is tuned by repeatedly hammering it while listening to the sound. This delicate process has earned the bell the nickname "orin tuner."
It has a very pleasant, long-lasting sound. It is a Buddhist bell with a wonderful tone that is perfect for meditation, yoga, and relaxation.

The rod is made of wood and leather and is inscribed with the name "Zuiho." The cat-leg base is painted with black lacquer and trimmed with gold, creating a luxurious finish.
