This is a pottery vessel called 黄瀬戸Ki-seto. They are in very good condition as they are dead stock.
Ki-Seto is one of the major styles of 美濃Mino ware produced during the 桃山Momoyama period (1573-1600). As the word suggests, Ki-Seto means yellow-glazed Seto ware. The handmade shape of this pottery, which is made by hand on a potter's wheel, has a gentle distortion, which also makes it interesting.
Another feature is the stamped floral design. These stamps are also all handmade.

In Japan, it is also called only a couple's teacup, and it is also popular as a gift to send to couples and couples as a celebration.It is also recommended as a gift for newlyweds and wedding anniversary celebrations. Of course, it is also recommended for everyday use!
