In Japan, it has long been believed that the ringing of a bell is meant to invoke and purify the gods. In this sense, the bell is an important tool in Japan to connect with the gods.
At many shrines, a large copper bell is hung in the center of the worship hall, and a hemp rope, red and white, and five-color cloth are hung with the bell, which visitors wave to ring the bell. It is a kind of signal for prayer.
The rusty atmosphere of this bell is exquisite. The dull gold color is beautiful. There are a few dents, and Crack but the used atmosphere is cool.
It is fine to just display it, but it will be more meaningful if you hang this bell and ring it to use it.
