Large Japanese old Noren for Sento, public bath, entrance blue curtain, Japanese interior craft H45.7×W55.1in / H116×W140cm

This is a curtain, called as 暖簾 "noren", used for the entrance of 銭湯 "sento", public bath, in downtown. It works as signboard and also hides inside of the building where people put on/off their cloths.
It shows one large Japanese character "ゆ” ,hot bath, and "for women", and a message for "Thank you for coming". There are soap company's logo at the bottom.

Made of cotton. The end is sawn as a loop so that a bar can put into for hanging.
