Japanese vintage Oribe ware ceramic tea set, pot, 5cups and waste-water-container, with Kanji signature SENCHA Japanese tableware Tea ceremony.
This is a set of tea utensils for drinking 煎茶sencha.
This is called 織部Oribe ware.
It is a creative pottery fired at the 美濃Mino kiln in 岐阜Gifu Prefecture.
It is called this because it reflects the taste of Oribe, a tea master, especially during the Momoyama period (1573-1600).
It is based on a green glaze and beige base.
The patterns are characterized by their poor quality, as if drawn by a child.
The cracks in the glaze, called “貫入kannyu” vary in color and intensity of color. We enjoy how this changes further with use.
This is very delicately crafted. Each one is handmade, so there are subtle and interesting changes.
The inscription is also very nice.
Ready to use.

as they are very old antiques so please check the images and understand the current
