Japanese vintage furniture RANMA Wooden sculpture carving openwork Views of Japanese Garden, sea, mountains, pine trees W13.8in/W184cm.

This is part of Japanese architecture. As a fixture, it is mainly embedded as a decoration above the door separating rooms.
It is also beautiful when displayed on a wall or above a chest of drawers.

This is a high technical level piece of Ranma. The motifs of 欄間RANMA carvings are very diverse, and the level of carving varies. It is signed in Kanji characters.

The sculptures are landscapes depicting waterfront buildings, bridges, distant mountains, boats, and pine trees. There is also a moon in the clouds.
The sculpture is carved from the reverse side and is composed in such a way that the viewer can enjoy the landscape from different angles, so it can be viewed from either side.
Comes with a simple black-painted frame. It looks like a temporary frame.

It is in good condition, There are dirt due to aging. If you look closely, there are some small chips and cracks, but they are barely noticeable. There is a small hole on the side of the frame with a partially unpainted area.
